Admissions Process
Students applying to the American School of Santo Domingo must have the appropriate age for their grade level by August 31st. For example, a student must be 6 years of age by august 31st to enter the first grade.
1. Parents visit

2. Pay admissions process fee

Admissions fee:
- US$50.00 Preschool and elementary
- US$100.00 Middle School and High School.
3. Submit the required documents
- Admissions Form
- Student Profile Form
- Student Recommendation Form or recommendation letter from previous school.
- Copy of student’s academic progress from the previous and current school
- year.
- Copy of student’s birth certificate.
- Copy of parent ID or passport.
- Information reports if the student has received any Psychological-Educational Testing or other Individualized Education Plan (IEPs).
4. Student’s Visit
The admissions office will contact the parents/guardian to schedule an admissions visit for the student.
Note: The school will contact the parent/guardian with the admissions report within 14 working days after the student visit.
The school psychologist or principal may ask for a meeting with the parents or tutors if it is deemed necessary.
